The next stage of my project was creating a second model using foam board. This helped me take my ideas from drawings into something physical, making it easier to picture how the design could work inside the shop.
I used this model to explore where the design could be positioned within the shop floor plan. It gave me a chance to think about how it would fit into the space, how customers would move around it and how it could work alongside the other displays.
For me, model-making is an enjoyable part of the design process. Seeing an idea take shape helps me spot what works and what might need more development. This second model was another step towards bringing my vision to life
